Pet Accessories Returns Policy
At Pet Accessories, we want you (and your pets!) to love every purchase. But if something isn’t quite right, we make returns simple and hassle-free.
Your Right to Cancel
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Once you notify us, you’ll then have another 14 days to send the items back.
How to Return

Email us at sophie@pet-accessories.co.uk with your order number and the items you’d like to return.

Repack the item(s) securely in their original condition and packaging.

We will provide you with return address.
Refunds

Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds are made to your original payment method.

Please note: unless the item is faulty, return postage costs are your responsibility.
Exclusions
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened pet food or treats

Personalised or custom items

Used toys, bedding, or grooming products
(Your statutory rights are not affected.)
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at sophie@pet-accessories.co.uk within 30 days. We’ll cover return costs and offer a full refund, repair, or replacement.
